For Getting Around: Waze

The classic joke of real estate agents living out of their car is only funny when you aren’t constantly stuck in traffic. Even if you know where you are going, open up the free Waze app to see if there are any hold ups, what routes are best, and even when makes most sense to leave. No sense in jumping in your car just to be in it longer!

For Networking: BiggerPockets

Look for people looking for agents! While this networking app may be geared more towards investment real estate opportunities - BiggerPockets is taking the industry by storm and it’s worth signing up to see who is in need of an agent in your area.

For Video Needs: BombBomb

We know, we know - everyone is talking about video, and for most of us, it’s the last thing we want to add to the mix. However, BombBomb is an amazing place to start in a one-on-one way. Instead of simply typing out an email to send to a potential client with questions - spend two minutes (likely less than a traditional email) answering the questions and shoot over the video via email!
