Parks Compass puts a focus on charitable efforts in our community, but beyond that, each Parks Compass broker takes great care to foster community within each office. Regular events and outings serve to build camaraderie and inject plenty of fun into the office work environment.

Giving Back
Parks Compass believes in creating change through the wellbeing of humankind—enriching the lives of children, families, and community. Supporting the world in which we live and work is an important part of our culture. The Village Fund was born out of a desire to use real estate to effect social change. Our agents have supported over 225 local organizations since the fund was founded in 1996 and add to that number every year. $2.865 million has been given to local community organizations and non-profits through donations from agents, staff, leadership, and clients.
A portion of the proceeds from our sales go to Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, which strives to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening diseases. Parks Compass has raised more than $1,000,000 since the partnership began through workplace giving, individual contributions, and office events. Parks Compass is honored to help put smiles on the faces of children in our community.
