Live a Magnificent Life

The mission of Parks is to inspire you to live a magnificent life. That consists of seven tenets, listed below.

  • Parks puts a focus on charitable efforts in our community, but beyond that, each Parks broker takes great care to foster community within each office. Regular events and outings serve to build camaraderie and inject plenty of fun into the office work environment.

  • A part of having a magnificent life is being healthy enough to enjoy it. Parks offices participate in fitness challenges, snack-and-learn courses, yoga courses, and many other engaging opportunities to build a healthy and happy lifestyle, one personal goal at a time.

  • We want our agents to be successful in their business and with their personal finances so they are able to focus on what’s important. Through a local partnership with Southwestern Investment Group, Parks has put together a comprehensive plan to help you pursue financial freedom one step at a time.

  • We make time for you. Our brokers, staff, and your fellow agents are all invested in your success, which in turn leaves time for your family and to give back to the community.

  • There’s always room to grow. We want to help you grow in your education, your community, and your business. We encourage you to do something to grow yourself daily.

  • What you focus on expands. We teach our agents to operate from a perspective of abundance that carries over into every area of your life.

  • Where do you go for inspiration and guidance? Whatever that means to you is important to us and encouraged in your business, family life, and community.

 

Giving Back

Parks believes in creating change through the wellbeing of humankind—enriching the lives of children, families, and community. Supporting the world in which we live and work is an important part of our culture. The Village Fund was born out of a desire to use real estate to effect social change. Our agents have supported over 225 local organizations since the fund was founded in 1996 and add to that number every year. $2.865 million has been given to local community organizations and non-profits through donations from agents, staff, leadership, and clients.

A portion of the proceeds from our sales go to Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, which strives to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening diseases. Parks has raised more than $1,000,000 since the partnership began through workplace giving, individual contributions, and office events. Parks is honored to help put smiles on the faces of children in our community.

 

Health Insurance

Parks is pleased to be able to offer a group health insurance plan for our agents. The medical plan is through Blue Cross Blue Shield, and vision and dental coverage are through MetLife. This is a group plan available for Parks agents, with no health questions or rating based on pre-existing conditions.
