Lee Pfund

HILLSBORO VILLAGE MANAGING BROKER

Lee Pfund is the Managing Broker for the Parks Hillsboro Village office on 21st Avenue. Prior to joining Village, Lee was Assistant Managing Broker and Training Director for Crye-Leike in Franklin. A Memphis native, Lee started his real estate career in the Bluff City with Keller Williams in 2006, eventually managing REO/foreclosure and investment property. In 2013, he relocated to Nashville and worked with Keller Williams in Green Hills until moving to Crye-Leike.

Lee has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and is a graduate of Greater Nashville REALTORS® 2017 Leadership Academy. Active with the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, he serves on the Board of Directors & Legislative Committee. Lee is a Silver- & twice Gold-winner of Awards of Excellence for Greater Nashville Realtors, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Zach Brickner

HILLSBORO VILLAGE MANAGING BROKER

A native Nashvillian, Zach graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy before earning his BA of Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado. Licensed in 2013, and while getting learning the ins and outs of the Nashville real estate market, Zach was awarded Volunteer of the Year from the Cumberland River Compact and Member of the Year from the Nashville Junior Chamber in 2014. He was a board member of the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce from 2015-2020 and served as the President from 2017-2019. While serving his last year as President, Zach graduated from Leadership Nashville. Additionally, Zach was named one of Nashville's Top 30 under 30 in 2019. Zach continues to be active volunteering at the Cumberland River Compact and as a server at the Luke 14:12 soup kitchen.
