David was born and raised in Rutherford County, and his family now lives on the north side of Murfreesboro. He and his wife have been married 18 years, and in that time, they have moved 16 times. They have two teenagers and two small Yorkies that keep them busy.

The Estes family loves church involvement, especially taking part in mission work whenever and wherever the need arises. Recently, his family traveled to Honduras and El Salvador. This year, they will get to return to El Salvador. 

David's real estate career began at Parks 23 years ago. After 4 years, his career took him to other companies, but like the Prodigal Son, he once again returned to Parks in 2013.
